The ball lock coupler system has a separate tap for the gas in and beer out sides of the keg. I use this adapter along with the kegco bf kpck32 deluxe hand pump pressurized keg beer cleaning kit with 32 oz cleaner black to clean my beer lines which obviously run from ball lock 5 gal corny kegs rather than sankey fittings. This is the same ball lock fitting included with the fermzilla pressure kit and it s also compatible with the fermzilla collection container. Loosely attach the grey ball lock fitting to the saturation hose and the black ball lock fitting to the liquid out hose for easy disassembly and sanitation before use.

Use the compression fitting to attach the liquid out hose to pump inlet. Ball lock couplers are designed for use with cornelius pepsi kegs. Lastly turn your keg upside down and put the entire assembly into a standard 5 gallon bucket that contains 2 gallons of your preferred cleaning solution then activate the pump. For ball lock fittings you need a 7 8 inch deep socket and socket wrench. The pump can easily be removed from the plate for cleaning and pressed back into place without using. It is compatible with both gas and liquid ball lock disconnects. For pin lock fittings a 13 16 inch socket can be modified with special cuts to accommodate the pins.

Remove the male keg fittings and toss them into some cleaning solution. Ball lock fittings if you re a home brewer who uses kegs that feature ball lock connections you need ball lock quick disconnects to attach your gas and beverage tubing. Attach the two ball lock quick disconnect fittings to the gas in and liquid out postsensuring there are no kinks in the silicone tube. Also works well for cleaning draft lines.
